I have had OCD since middle school, but was not diagnosed until my freshman year of high school. I have dealt with nearly every type of OCD except for contamination OCD. I am heading off to Kenyon College in Ohio next year, where I plan to study neuroscience and play soccer.

My OCD has greatly improved due to ERP, CBT, and medication. I have spoken at past conferences on the Teen Success Panel and am thrilled to be part of the conference.
